Benefits of Working Here
Working at Glamorgan opens up a great range of benefits that few other employers can match.
The University takes looking after its staff as seriously as educating its students – the Investors in People award is proof of its commitment.
The University is based on a major 40-acre campus at Treforest with a 3-acre site at Glyntaf, about half a mile away. The Cardiff School of Creative and Cultural Industries is based at ATRiuM in the centre of Cardiff. The Faculty of Health Sport and Science is situated at Glyntaf. There is a further education faculty based at Merthyr Tydfil college 12 miles to the north.
There are some great places to eat and relax, superb facilities for work and study, a well-equipped sports centre… so in short, Glamorgan provides a good working and playing environment that everyone can enjoy.
With the city of Cardiff just ten miles to the south and the Brecon Beacons about twenty miles to the north, Glamorgan is ideally situated so staff and students can enjoy the best of both worlds.
