Pension Scheme
Every new member of staff can join the Local Government Pension Scheme (support staff and management) or Teachers Pension Scheme (teaching staff).
These are great pension schemes that are well regarded by independent financial advisors. They are both final salary schemes which means that your pension and retirement benefits are based on what you earn at the time you retire.
